Fall Foliage, Day 30 - Brookline, New Hampshire
Today was a lazy day. I made pumpkin pancakes in the morning and we both did a little work.
Then on the recommendation of the gentleman in the office at the RV park, we went to Andre’s Institute of Art to hike. It’s a park/sculpture garden where the pieces are sprinkled along the trail, which led to some really cool discovery moments.
On the way back, we decided to swing by a local farm stand (Lull’s) - they had so many strains of apples! They also happened to playing a fantastic sing-along playlist inside :)
We had a mini-feast for dinner tonight, including baked potatoes with goat butter and roquefort cheese, pumpkin/cranberry bread toast, Cornish hen salad (like chicken salad but with Cornish hen leftovers), and guacamole.
After a little Community binge-watching, we turned in for the night.
